Do store credits and gift certificates expire? No! Store credits are saved in our system and can be used whenever! Yay!
How often do you ship? We ship right away!! (Sometimes same day!) Unless you are ordering a personalized gift expect your gift to ship right away! We ship via USPS and you will receive tracking via email as soon as we do!
Where are you located/do you have a store front? Although we are an online store, we have options for pick up in Brooklyn, NY. We also have our gorgeous retail location at the Address in American Dream Mall. Come by and shop in person, we would love to meet you!!
How do you guys prepare gifts so quickly? We’re moms so we get it!! You barely have time for yourself let alone gifting others! Call us last minute to pick up a gift or the morning of an event and we’re here for ya!!

Are the pompoms removable? Yes, they are! Each pompom is removable so the hat can we washed easily *do not wash the pompom
How does personalization work? We can personalize your onesies, swaddles, pompom hats and bibs! Add a name, an initial or a cute design! You dream it, we make it! Check out all our latest designs, ideas, and fonts located under personalization! When placing a personalized order just add font color and details in the notes.
